These guys are FAST. I ordered Jimmy John's for lunch the other day. My co-worker and I decided to time them to see if they really are "freaky fast". From the time we submitted the order online to the time they walked through the door with our sandwiches was 8 MINUTES. I'm pretty sure all of their delivery people are training for a triathlon. Impressive. I've also ordered from this location for work lunch meetings, which can sometimes involve 10-15 people, and even with the higher sandwich count, Jimmy John's is still just as fast. This location is so much better than any other Jimmy John's that I've tried. They're faster, and their food tastes better. My favorite is the #10 on wheat bread. Yummy. :)

I waited 40 min for my delivery. I wouldn't suggest Jimmy Johns if your in a hurry or have a short break. You will be disappointed. Next time I order it'll be when I'm not hungry and have lots of time. I didn't even get a notice that it was going to be so late. I guess it happened cuz his bike "broke". Which makes me feel bad but I notice would have been nice. The manager gave me a refund. I will use again cuz it's very convenient.

I love this chain but unfortunately this location is disorganized. Orders are delivered slow and often inaccurate.

Folks, it's Jimmy John's. The guys with the ads with Japanese salesman pitching a fast-moving robot, the wife who's forgotten her anniversary, and the old women who "love a man in uniform." If you've not had a JJ sandwich, well, you're not missing much, but they're not bad, either. The thing is, they're fast. They'll make your sandwich fast if you go in, and they'll deliver, even one sandwich, fast. That's why you choose them. This location is very similar to the rest, with attentive, friendly staff every time I've gone. Sandwiches get delivered quickly, and they seem to know their way around the buildings downtown. Not in my regular lunch rotation, but when you need carbs, protein, fat, and a few vegetables in seconds, there's nothing better.

i will eat it if its the only thing around. the bread is what makes the sandwich for me. their bread's consistency at initial bite is like paper cardboard to me. i know they bake it themselves, but its just not that good. even subway's bread tastes better to me. i do like the delivery though.

She came on a bike in less then 10 mins with my sandwiches and its 20 degrees! "a real soldier"...

There customer service is wonderful I could not be happier to go in to this restaurant. They always greet you with a smile when you walk in and are quick at making your food. The place is always clean and has a great energy. I would recommend this place to anyone that wishes to have a good customer service (fast food) experience.

It's very popular during the lunch rush. I like to avoid peak hours. I've never been freaked out, but I've gotta admit they are very fast.

First time eating at Jimmy John's. It was clean, friendly staff and good prices. They do need a condiments station though.

I'm from Illinois and grew up eating Jimmy John's! I love it. The bread is perfect, as is the amount of filling in the sandwich. I'm not fancy and order their roast beef with cheese every time. Also worth trying are their barbeque chips. Dollar sub day was the best day of my life. I've been to this location many times and have always left satisfied. The service is good and very fast. This would be a perfect place to visit on your lunch break.

Not stellar, but decent sandwiches. I always get the #9 with hot peppers. There's never a line (in my experience, and i usually go about once a week) and my sandwhich is ready in 45 seconds. kind of scary how fast it's ready, but also really convenient when i'm slammed at work and just need something to satiate my hunger. Price's arent bad (i think i pay about $6 for a sandwich) and the little road bike uniforms that the delivery boys wear are worth every penny.

Listen, I can make this sandwich on my own without spending the 7 bucks. There is just nothing special about it. It is a normal sandwich. Yeah they have really fast service, but even then it's not worth the wait.

SUPER FAST! Once we ordered 11 meals and they forgot a drink and the dude went back and got it before we even had the food divied out,,, It was like one of their commercials.

It's a sandwich chain. Yes they are fast. They live up to their motto. But I can't really rant and rave about "how darn tootin' good" their food is. It's quick, easy and simple.

I hate Jimmy John's! I decided to give it a try one day and ordered a simple veggie sandwich on white bread. The bread crumbled into my lap and the veggies did not seem fresh. This sandwich had no flavor to speak of. Nothing here is "Gourmet"! Even though I am sick of Subway, I will go there any day over Jimmy John's.

These guys are freaky fast and make a very good sandwich. Plus they have sprouts and you know what that means...

Got the Hunter Club this time. Everything was pretty average. Nothing to really brag about. Bread seemed a bit stale, and they seemed to try to make up for their lack of toppings by slathering on a ton of mayo. Not as impressed as I have been in the past.

We had a meeting that went trough lunch so our the meeting organizer passed around the Jimmy John's menu. I have been to JJs in Layton and walked away a bit underwhelmed. The sandwich I ordered was well constructed and tasted very good. The hoagie roll had a nice texture. The first time I had a JJs I thought they were a bit light on the meat. This time they seemed to do a bit better. I also had a moist and delicious oatmeal raisin cooked. Before this delivery I had about decided to give up on JJs. After lunch I decided to give them another chance. Oh, yes, the delivery was very quick and there were no mistakes even though we had about 20 people in the meeting. That part was very impressive.

I'm a fan of the JJ's. I always get the #4 with hot peppers and am happy and satisfied. I need to find a way to hijack the 'free smells' sign. I do think it is hilarious that the Squirrel Brothers twisty-ice-cream-cone remains on top of the establishment, but is now painted black... so now it just looks like evil ice cream, or something way worse... :) And the JJ's crew does not mess around with their freaky-fast sandwich reputation. Your sandwich will be done before you are done paying. The last time I went in, it took maybe 2 minutes to get my sandwich, during which I was texting the whole time, and the manager personally came out to apologize for the 'wait'... was not necessary, but it made me smile.

Alright sandwiches, but a great place if you are pinched for time. They really do deliver on that freaky fast delivery slogan.

good sandwiches. great bread. super fast friendly service. can't go wrong.

Very good sandwiches (better than Subway and the Quiznos next door) made lightening fast! They're often done before I even end up paying! I think compared to Quiznos and Subway the value and flavor is best for the money. And unlike a prior reviewer, I think the larger sandwiches (#11 Country Club please!) are great!

Wow kept hearing great things. I am not a fan. The bread tasted old, I asked for no mayo, they put extra (well it tasted like that). I wouldn't go back.

Better than Subway? Yes. Good? Not exactly. Roast beef was decent, turkey was flavorless, tomatoes were underripe and flavorless. I asked them to add mustard but could barely taste it. Bread was pretty good, as were the house-brand potato chips. Most amazing was the endless stream of bike messengers tearing in and out delivering orders. They were literally running in and out of the store.

Can't go wrong here for a quick eat. Get a few laughs by reading some of the signs as they make your sub. TIP: Don't go with the "larger" subs for a buck more - put that towards a cookie.
